The Warehouse Office Assistant job functions include:
- Review, edit and post invoice batches daily.
- Reconcile End of Day paperwork.
- Prepare bank deposits and scan checks with desk top scanner as needed.
- Scan daily paperwork into document management system.
- Process online tire orders
- Answers telephones and assist walk-in customers.
- Additional administrative support duties as needed.
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation
- Experience with daily reconciliations, bank deposits and administrative support functions preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel and Word
