OUTSIDE SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

 TIRES NOW is a Dynamic wholesale tire operation based out of North Carolina and we are seeking an Outside Sales / Business Development / Account Manager candidate. We have an opportunity for a Self-motivated sales professional to service our Columbia, SC and surrounding market. We provide wholesale tires to automotive businesses. This position is sales and customer service focused - Base plus commission pay program. 

Our training for Account Manager / Business Development is focused on giving you the tools you need for a successful career in business to business tire sales, account management and relationship building.  We provide self-study modules, classroom instruction, on the job training, as well as ongoing education throughout your career.



Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop new business to business sales and relationships.
  • Build repeat business.
  • Identify customer’s needs and recommend products and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product mix as well as competition.
  • Fast paced environment, which requires adaptability and flexibility.
  • Be personally responsible, self-motivated with high integrity.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Sales minded, customer service focused mind set.
  • Great communication skills over the phone and in person.
  • Be able to close deals over the phone.

Qualifications

  • Backgrounds in construction, restaurant and other service related fields have found success in our environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of people / customer service experience.
  • Able to communicate with all types of people.
