Job Description

We are actively seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Boulder, Colorado financial advisory team office.  In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.  Moneta provides the opportunity for long term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.  

As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on the client’s needs. Essential Responsibilities

  • Assisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Researching unique and complex situations as they arise
  • Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors
  • Implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
  • Coordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populating and maintaining systems data and client files
  • Verifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash report
  • Working directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experience
  • Notary Public a plus or willingness to obtain commission in the state of Colorado upon hire
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States  
  • This is a non-exempt full-time, salary position

  • Compensation range $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
