Due to a fast expansion of our organization, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

Job Description

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Prepare bank deposits and payments
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Maintain digital financial records
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Efficient in using MS Office
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Fluency in English
