Job Description

Mondosol gives preference to people who live and can manage properties in the immediate area. A person responsible to provide assistance and information to owners and guests in the area. 

This person is responsible for check-in (welcome tourists) and check-out (house inspection) services, and preparation of the accommodations (cleaning and laundry) to have a successful experience in accordance with Mondosol standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

Primary responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of the house every time that tourists have to check-in.
  • Check the cleaning and arranging a gift basket, every time guests are required to check-in.
  • Handles the entrance code or keys to enter the house to be delivered to tourists at the check-in.
  • Eventually sign a contract at the time of delivery of the keys with the inventory and the rules of the house.
  • Ask in some cases and carefully preserves a security deposit that returns to the tourists at the time of checkout after a careful check.
  • Responsible for detailed control at the checkout and report any issues concerning damage or theft directly to Mondosol.
  • Responsible to welcome tourists at home or at the airport with all the acceptance required by Mondosol.
  • Available on phone and in person in case of emergencies to resolve all the problems that can occur during the stay of tourists.
  • Offers all the tourist and educational information provided by Mondosol such as hiking, recreational activities, and courses in language, culture, etc..
  • Maintains efficient and effective retention procedures documents.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing on a regular basis
  • Assumes responsibility to meet performance objectives across the enterprise for every tourist / student.
  • Demonstrate results in the performance of tourists / students.
  • Participates in training and presentations online.
  • Meets professional obligations through work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring times and coordinators.
  • Performs duties and responsibilities assigned by a superior
  • Create or participate in the creation of an inventory for the house
  • All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and / or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result of organizational planning
  • Responsible to receive tourists in the accommodation or at the airport if requested by Mondosol.
  • Offering personal concierge services, personally, or with a personal concierge who is available to make dinner reservations and arrange excursions.
  • Offering maid and cleaning services, during the stay for Mondosol clients. 
  • Offering access to a personal chef and food delivery services. You can find a local chef who is available to cook for our guests as needed. Alternatively, you can contract a food delivery service, which will get take-out from any one of the local restaurants, providing something like room service.
  • Offering access to massage and spa services. You may secure a contract with one or more local spas to offer services to our guests at a slightly discounted rate. Alternatively, you may find a local masseuse, aesthetician, and nail technician, so you can offer massage and spa services at home.
  • Offering all the educational information provided by Mondosol such as recreational and cultural activities.
  • Available on the phone and in person in case of emergency to solve any problems that may occur during the stay of tourists, ideally within 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Someone who understands the role of home staging, professional photography and videography.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with guests on a regular basis.
  • It assumes responsibility for meeting the performance targets at the corporate level for any tourist / student.
  • Demonstrate results in the proper work with tourists / students.
  • Participates in training and online presentations.
  • Responds to professional obligations through work habits such as meeting deadlines, timing and coordinators.
  • Performs the duties and responsibilities assigned by a superior.
  • All job responsibilities are likely to have performance goals and / or objectives set as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result of an organizational planning.
