- Assist with air freight and sea freight quotations and coordinate rate requests with carriers and suppliers
- Prepare customer presentations, capability statements and sales collateral
- Maintain a library of tender content, case studies and credentials
- Keep the CRM and opportunity pipeline accurate, and give business leaders regular status updates
- Coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings and support onboarding after a win
- Research prospects, industries and market opportunities to support account plans and strategy
- Track tender outcomes and identify ways to improve future submissions
- Use AI tools to speed up and improve proposals, while reviewing all content before it goes to a customer
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding, international logistics or supply chain services, with an understanding of air freight, sea freight, customs and pricing structures
- Strong written communication and a high standard of document preparation
- Previous experience supporting sales, business development or commercial teams
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle competing deadlines without dropping detail
