Are you a seasoned platform leader with deep CargoWise One expertise and a passion for driving meaningful change? This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, enterprise-wide role and take full ownership of one of the most business-critical platforms in our global operations.

As our CargoWise One Product Owner, you won't just manage a system — you'll shape its future. You'll lead the strategic direction of CW1 across a complex, fast-moving environment, building the foundation for a smarter, more scalable, and more connected organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a comprehensive review of the current CW1 implementation, addressing legacy challenges and maturing platform usage across the organisation
• Establish a scalable, sustainable support model that improves system stability, performance and reliability
• Oversee enhancements, upgrades and feature adoption, coordinating effectively across IT, vendors and business teams
• Partner with Business Process teams to ensure CW1 supports standardised, efficient ways of working globally
• Build internal CW1 capability, lead and inspire support teams, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Deliver clear performance reporting and insights to the CIO and leadership team to drive informed decision-making

What you'll bring

• Deep, hands-on expertise with CargoWise One in a complex, multi-entity or global environment
• 5+ years in platform or product ownership, with a track record of delivering strategic roadmaps
• Strong understanding of master data management, data governance and data quality practices
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and IT functions
• Experience in vendor and commercial management, including licensing and cost optimisation
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to build capability and drive accountability
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence and user experience
