Job Description

Help us keep our people safe, supported, and thriving — every single day.

In the world of logistics, safety isn’t just a policy — it’s a promise. We’re looking for a passionate Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference. You’ll be the go-to partner for our warehouse, transport, and operations teams, building a culture where safety, wellbeing, and teamwork drive everything we do.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Every day will be different. You’ll connect with people across all levels — from drivers and warehouse crews to leadership — guiding, educating, and inspiring them to make safe, smart decisions. You’ll have the chance to shape how we think about safety and wellbeing across our busy, fast-moving network.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example. Coach and mentor leaders and frontline teams, helping safety become second nature across all areas of operations.

  • Spot the risks before they happen. Identify and assess hazards in transport, warehousing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and smarter, safer ways of working.

  • Champion wellbeing. Deliver programs that support mental health, physical fitness, and overall workplace wellness — designed for the unique demands of logistics.

  • Bring people with you. Run engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns that actually stick.

  • Problem-solve and improve. Investigate incidents, uncover causes, and implement practical solutions that make an immediate impact.

  • Keep us accountable. Manage audits, inspections, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and stronger safety results.

  • Make your mark. Partner on projects and initiatives that shape the future of safety across our business.
