Salary Information:

Competitive salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

Hours: 

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Client Operations Manager with delivering on company, client and candidate goals.
  • Daily point of contact for clients, candidates and employees, developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
  • Manage and deal with enquiries via phone, email and ChatBot system.
  • Assist in identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
  • Support the sales and marketing process in identifying new clients and candidates.  
  • Manage the employee on-boarding process which includes detailed background checking and accurate timely administration in line with our service level agreements.
  • Complete employee performance management and investigations in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Organise documents in an efficient and convenient manner for storage and future reference.
  • Undertake general administrative support tasks, such as filing and document management.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Ability to multi-task and manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team but also be able to manage your own workload efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Able to follow instructions and maintain momentum, even with repetitive tasks
  • Experience with a variety of web-based systems or in-house systems is advantageous
  • Intermediate level user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written, quick typing and strong oral communication skills
  • Willing to learn about our services and the industries we work in, in order to provide help and advice to clients and candidates.
