Support smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, in coordination with global HR and IT.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data integrity, and support HR reporting needs.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles based in Bulgaria, partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, source candidates, and facilitate interviews.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and support hiring processes that are inclusive, timely, and aligned to global standards.
Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline, attending events or engaging with the community as needed.
Culture, Engagement & Communication
Champion site-level culture and engagement efforts, including team events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and internal communication.
Act as a connector between local teams and global initiatives, helping employees feel informed, supported, and part of a cohesive company culture.
Partner with team leads to reinforce company values, recognition practices, and development conversations.
Compliance & Workplace Operations
Ensure the Sofia office remains compliant with Bulgarian labor law, including Occupational Medicine, workplace safety, and local employment requirements.
Coordinate with internal Legal, HR, and Facilities teams to support audits, inspections, and documentation needs.
Manage relationships with local office vendors and support facilities administration.

- Fluent in English & Bulgarian
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations roles, ideally in a technology or international environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working closely with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of Bulgarian labor law, employment compliance, and Occupational Medicine processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently, but highly collaborative and communicative.
