Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our Product team. As a Pricing Analyst at Momentus Technologies, you will play a key pivotal role in assisting with the development of strategies for our products, ensuring our pricing models are competitive, aligned with market expectations, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. This role combines pricing analysis with operational execution to ensure our pricing models are efficiently implemented across all channels as well as an understanding of market dynamics, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and refinement of pricing models by conducting in-depth data analysis, identifying key trends and insights to inform strategic pricing decisions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer willingness to pay
- Conduct customer outreach and develop targeted surveys to gather insights on pricing perceptions, willingness to pay, and value drivers
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, Revenue Operations and others during the go-to market process of launching of new products
- Track performance of pricing strategies and operational processes, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Independently build out ad hoc reporting, perform analyses, and synthesize key insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing, revenue management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools
- Salesforce CPQ experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
