Reservations Agents sell and book reservations for airline accommodations. Agents provide friendly, courteous travel services to our passengers.

MINIMUM Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Type 30 wpm.
• Airline experience preferred, but not required
• Good customer relations skills.
• Highly articulate.
• Good command of the English language and able to clearly present information over the telephone.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Communicate in a warm and helpful manner.
• Able to work under pressure and can easily adapt to constant change to meet productivity standards.
• Possess knowledge of Hawaii Geography.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

WORKING Conditions:
• Expect to be extremely flexible with hours of operation.
• Shift work with varied days off.
• Minimal notice provided in the event work hours change.
• Position is located in Honolulu
