SaaS Sales Executive (HR/Talent Technology)

MojoHire is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive net-new business. We need you to be a go-getter! While meeting or exceeding their quarterly and annual quotas, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales cycle, including, but not limited to prospecting, conducting discovery and qualification, executing sales campaigns and meetings, contract negotiation, and forging the path to deal closure.
Passion regarding the HR Technology industry surrounding recruiting and/or Talent management space is essential!
Results driven with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to quickly scale pipeline
Self-starter with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
5-7 years of work experience in an HR Tech SaaS start-up environment, preferably selling AI-powered solutions within the Talent Acquisition or Talent Management arenas
Experience selling to enterprise-sized clients with between 2,000 - 15,000 employees
Ability to forge and maintain solid business relationships with both internal and external clients
A dynamic personality, combined with a drive to think creatively to move deals forward
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas
Get creative and drive ideas around sales activity
Map out key accounts and stakeholders within territory
Proactively get in front of our leads and prospects with our unique value proposition
Create and execute territory strategies to increase product exposure and identify opportunities for pipeline and revenue growth (hands on prospecting will be required as we scale)
Work with sales and marketing teams to create innovative, customized campaigns to target prospects within assigned territory
Master MojoHire’s value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging with the solution’s features and functions
Strategically map MojoHire’s technology to the client’s pain and underlying business challenges
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and closed/won business on a consistent, high-performing basis
Actively communicate with engineering, product, marketing, and solution engineering with respect to evolving customer requirements and trends in the marketplace
Assist in responding to RFX's or other types of bids and channels to grow net new sales
Participate in regular pipeline reviews and forecasting activities
Track call, meeting, and prospecting activity in a CRM
