Modus Capital is a Venture Builder (VB) and Venture Capital (VC) fund that combines the operational and financial capital needed to build innovative ideas into scalable and sustainable tech companies. With offices in New York, Cairo, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, the team consists of international experts spanning six countries and four continents, bringing together marketers, developers, designers, and operators. 

• Evaluate and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects and financial statements to create suitable investment strategies for KSA based portfolio companies.
• Coordinate with fund managers and network with industry professionals.
• Conduct high-level research; analyze the market, examine industry trends, track competitive landscape, interact with financial models, etc.
• Follow the financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products.
• Gather advisory reports and develop well studied recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios.
• Develop complex financial models and analyze legal documents.
• Be the point of contact for portfolio companies and own the relationship with founders
• Execute additional operational work for Modus as needed.

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Venture Analyst.
• Be deeply involved in and have a understanding of the Saudi startup ecosystem
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• High analytical skills.
• Highly organized with time management skills.
• Great attention to details.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, CRMs, project management tools, etc.
• Spreadsheet experience (formulas, dashboards, charts, pivots, and analysis).
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives.
• Ability to cross-functionally partner with stakeholders across multiple offices.
• Continuous learner and self-grower.
