• 7+ years’ experience managing both people and processes

• Demonstrated tangible success managing infrastructure-based projects

• Managing multiple concurrent initiatives in various spaces (networking, security, business, etc.)

• Great comm skills, self-driven, go-getter

• Pharma / Life Sciences industry experience a plus

• O365 / Cloud exposure a plus

• Networking / Cisco / Avaya knowledge a plus
