We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Crown & Bridge Technician to join our team in Hamilton, ON Canada.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, esthetic dental crowns, bridges and other fixed dental restorations meeting quality standards, prescriptions and deadlines
• Assist with duties surrounding CAD/CAM programs and systems at the lab
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain an efficient workflow
• Ability to read and follow prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

• 3+ years of experience in crown and bridge dental technology
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, restorative materials and implant systems required
• Experience with digital workflows and dental CAD/CAM programs and softwares preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School diploma or equivalent required
