Modemetric is re-shaping the BI landscape. With a strong product and growing pipeline, we're ready to add a US-based P&L leader who will run and scale the North American business unit.  

We're looking for head of business operations with deep roots in BI, preferably located in the San Francisco Bay Area, who will lead all operating aspects of the US business - from sales and operations to customer success and administration. This role will work very closely with company founders in Pakistan to run the company and set strategic objectives

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with 15+ years of proven BI industry expertise, with a background that includes demonstrated success as P&L owner for a BI-related product or service.

A BI thought leader, strategic thinker and hands-on "doer", our SVP Business Operations loves the energy of a startup and brings an all-hands-on-deck collaborative attitude to a team, together with best practices on shaping, delivering and supporting the sale of Enterprise Bi software. 

• Must have a minimum of 15 years in Enterprise BI / Analytics software or BPO, with a history that includes both Fortune 500 and startups
• At least 5 years as a P&L owner and senior operating executive within BI
• Broad general management expertise, with an emphasis on leading the operations, selling, scaling and supporting aspects of Enterprise BI
• Has built a reputation as a thought leader in BI 
• A hands-on executive who is comfortable moving between the strategic and tactical 
• Entrepreneurial and driven to build a world-class company 
• A strong coach, motivator and communicator, with an energetic, collaborative management style
• Can speak with deep expertise on the BI landscape and quickly grasp Modemetric's role within the space
