Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager in SaaS to join our growing sales & marketing teams! Your main goal is to find ways to drive acquisition, engage users, and retain customers. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Set achievable user growth goals and then set about making them happen;
  • Plan & execute a growth strategy to user acquisition, engagement and retention;
  • Focus on data collection and analytics tools to deliver a baseline for what’s happening on our SaaS;
  • Explore, test and set multichannel strategy to improve the process of sustainable growth, mainly: awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, referral and revenue;
  • Understand what really impacts a company’s growth from both a product and marketing perspective;
  • Influence products roadmap;
  • Increase the sales opportunities of Mobrand Tech tools. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, IT, other) or relevant experience;
  • Perfect blend between Data analytics and creativity;
  • Tech & test-driven mindset;
  • Solution oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the ad:tech world;
  • Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skills (fluent English);
  • People oriented! It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively.
  • Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity.
