Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our growing sales team! Your main goal is to buy, manage, monitor & optimize direct traffic on online media campaigns in a range of Click-Per-Action models (CPI, CPA, and CPL).

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and identify new potential direct traffic sources to Media buy on CPI, CPA, and CPL;
  • Compare and negotiate campaign rates, manage campaign setup process, monitoring tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis;
  • Optimize buys, plans & budgets, renegotiate programs, cancel or renew as necessary;
  • Analyze, report and communicate campaign performance to the team;
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI);
  • Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of online advertising and affiliate marketing industry developments to spot trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a digital campaign manager in purchasing and managing a range of online media campaigns (Native, Search, Display, etc);
  • Ability to analyze performance data and metrics to make decisions;
  • Experience in managing, optimizing, and growing performance-based online marketing models (e.g.: CPI, CPA, CPL, CPM);
  • Tech & data-driven mindset;
  • Business & performance-oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the world;
  • Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skills (fluent English);
  • People-oriented! It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively;
  • Keen eye for detail and unlimited curiosity.
