We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our SAP Finance team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to optimize our financial processes and reporting capabilities.

• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and improve financial processes
• Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement SAP FICO solutions
• Develop and maintain SAP FICO reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and best practices
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in SAP FICO implementations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module configuration and customization
• In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP projects
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• SAP FICO certification is preferred
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
