The person will act as a primary liaison between the IT department and the Distribution, Manufacturing and Supply Chain staff. They will provide direction and technical management for the planning, designing, installation, modification, and operation of heterogeneous, dynamic enterprise systems. Additionally, provide all support for SAP related issues to ensure limited work stoppage and be the main point of contact for training of staff on the use of SAP EWM. They will be tasked with managing the IT relationship between the Manufacturing and Supply Chain business teams. Also, responsible for leading the IT manufacturing and supply chain analyst teams with regard to innovation, operations and strategic direction.

• Responsible for providing SAP EWM post-deployment recovery.
• Oversee all areas of IT projects carried out within the associated functional business area.
• Perform end-user training and create the necessary documentation for core business functions.
• Determine business priorities with regard to requested enhancements and support activities.
• Ensure priorities align with department and corporate strategy.
• Understand capabilities of technology and propose appropriate application of that technology to solve business problems or exploit business opportunities.
• Drive the business to achieve complete SAP ERP software stabilization.
• Interface with internal and external auditors as necessary to maintain full compliance with all policies, procedures, and corporate controls.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
