This individual will support the work of the CEO and perform office manager duties. This individual will work out of our main office located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Job Is: * Capture, organize and manage CEO task list * Answer the CEO's phone extension * Manage the CEO's calendar * Vet people and businesses prior to booking interview or meeting with CEO * Assist CEO with email organization and responses * Go on travel with the CEO (~25% Travel) * Prepare CEO expense reports * Review and facilitate positing of company media content * Facilitate CEO signature on documents * Organize and file signed documents * Attend meetings and take notes with special attention to action items and next steps for all participants * Maintain company level calendars * Book travel for the entire company * Assist CEO and Chief of Staff with various special projects * Assist Chief of Staff with HR and onboarding functions * Event planning and execution (Board meetings, annual investor meeting, company retreats/seminars) * Physical office organization and management including interface with landlord * Open, distribute and file office mail * Wiki librarian * File system manager * General handling of paperwork, and filing * Find and manage vendors (applications, quotes, contracts, portals, passwords, W-9, invoice review) * Working with Company business systems, e.g. QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Salesforce, Office 365, WordPress, etc. * Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials * Sending packages and office mail * Miscellaneous errands


 Obsessively organized * Skilled at tracking and managing multiple separate projects * Possess excellent verbal and written communications * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Energized in an early-stage company environment * Have five-plus years of experience * HR experience a plus
