You will be primarily working on our core products on the Laravel framework • You will be part of a small team that is responsible for improving our companies core web application (by addressing existing issues or feature deficiencies), and will be responsible for building all additional modules that will be added to the core features available for our clients. • You will be responsible for making UI/UX changes as we get more market feedback on improvements we can make • You will be responsible for the underlying architecture of our companies core web application • You will be serving as technical adviser for the management team by providing programming perspective and effective solutions for specific company needs • You will be required to work with our QA team to resolve any existing/new bugs in our software • You will be expected (as is the rest of our team) to work after hours on occasions when there are tight deadlines to achieve.

Required Skills: • Minimum of 4 years PHP based programming experience required. • Minimum of 4 years Laravel experience required. • Minimum of 4 years UI/UX experience required. • Strong analytical approach to programming • Ability to thrive in a small team/fast-paced environment • Ability to not only do what is asked, but offer advice based on experience of ways to improve the software for customer usability / reliability of code. • Commercial expertise in Laravel / Javascript / VueJS • Commercial experience with ElasticSearch • Very strong UI/UX coding experience and understanding of UI/UX principles. • Strong ability to write clean and well documented code. • Commercial experience configuring and using Git repositories
