We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with solid experience in using Java to join our team.

You will have a chance to work for our Customer who is a leading global solutions provider of OTT, TV platforms and content protection. 

The ideal candidates should have solid analytical skills, an enthusiasm for taking ownership of features, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively. Commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing using Java (Maven, TestNG)
• Running software test automation,
• Create test plans for existing features
• Develop test documentation: test scenarios, test cases Xrey.
• Optimize test processes
• Participate in software deployment.
• Preparation of test environments and tools.
• Ensuring the quality of manufactured products.
• Work directly with the development team.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer using Java (Maven, TestNG),
• Experience in developing end-to-end and API tests (both automated and manual),
• Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT).
• Experience with Postman or other API tools.
• Knowledge of bug and test management tools (XREY, JIRA)
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• English skills at the upper-intermediate or higher level

Nice to have:

• Experience with non-functional testing (e.g. load, performance, stress, pen)
• Docker / Containerisation
• Familiarity with pipelines in the context of software development.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database (Oracle, Mongo).
