We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the software industry. The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs and expectations of our customers. #LI-onsite

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for our development teams.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
