We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as "SQA Intern". This paid internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in software quality assurance while offering a pathway to a permanent position for those who demonstrate exceptional performance, particularly in problem-solving skills and IQ.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
2. Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and identify test scenarios.
3. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and other software components.
4. Document and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
5. Participate in the continuous improvement of the software development and testing processes.
6. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation and procedures.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
8. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying new testing methodologies and tools.
9. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of quality software products.
10. Showcase problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.

1. Must have bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a high IQ, demonstrated through academic achievements or relevant experiences.
3. Passion for software quality assurance and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
4. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
7. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
8. Eagerness to take on new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
9. Availability to commit to a full-time internship for the designated duration.
