  • Provides rationale and supporting data for UX recommendations.
  • Create prototypes to illustrate of the experience.
  • Develop the User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) strategy and plan. through global UI/UX guideline, and set up the local roadmap based on site analysis for optimized consumer experience.
  • Apply the UI/UX standards to identify improvement areas, test and validate new standards through site analysis and A/B test.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to implement UI/UX changes and monitor profitability of these changes.
  • Prepare all UI/UX design and delivery documentation in full and on time for developers to work from (this could include preparation of user journeys, concept maps, site maps, process flows, wireframes and prototypes).
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the test planning process to identify tests to be performed, prioritizing these in alignment with business needs, IT releases and test development.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with design, engineering test teams through feature development (internal and 3rd party teams).
  • Analyze user insights to identify enhancements to the consumer experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all technical related questions, support and consulting requests in regards to design.
  • Based on research, define workflows and roles to define the requirements for the service and its logical and organizational structure.
  • Define possible service scenarios, study and describe use cases that help the team conceptualize possible solutions.
  • Continuously share the “voice of the customer” so that the integrity of research insights is maintained through iterative concept and product development cycles.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently at a detailed level with limited supervision and working effectively as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of the web environment, GUI (screen layouts and composition).
  • Experience (3-5 years) conducting user research and usability studies.
  • At least 5 years of job experience in UI/UX planning at on-demand and real time mobile and web applications.
  • 2+ years experience as a UX designer, information architect, visual designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role required.
  • Strong portfolio of mobile and web-based projects and interaction design.
  • Proven track record performing UX research for design
  • Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies and mobile devices.
  • Experience on web analytics and project leading.
  • Familiarity with third party components like DevExpress and Infragistics.
  • Confident, yet very humble.
