Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role in our organization, responsible for driving new business opportunities. The SDR will identify qualified prospects, engage with them through outbound prospecting efforts via email and phone, and ultimately hand off those qualified opportunities to the sales team. This is a full-time night shift job. The basic salary with commissions will be offered.

Responsibilities:  

  • Prospect for qualified leads and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, and emails
  • Utilize sales automation tools to maximize effectiveness of prospecting efforts
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify leads
  • Document all prospecting activities in our CRM
  • Collaborate internally with marketing staff to support campaigns and identify new leads.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of services offered by the company.

Qualifications

  • Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in call center/software house.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence.
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented, high-growth sales environment.
  • The right mix of passion and professionalism, with the desire to move up to the next level, as we are growing fast and prefer to promote from within.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a focus on collaboration.
  • Must be willing to work in night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Basic Salary with Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales and targets.
