    Job Description

    • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. 
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. 

    • Must know how to deal with podcast/webinar hosting. 

    • Must have strong grip on attractive content writing (ebooks and whitepaper)

    • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages. 

    • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns. 

    • Create and optimize display campaigns. 

    • Outbound lead generation through cold calling, outbound email, social selling (linkedin), PPC, SEO, video media, social post, blogs, adverts and content syndication etc 

    • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. 

    • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. 

    • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. 

    • Must know how to find contacts through contact extractor tools 

    • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. 

    • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Having at least 5-6 years of marketing experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

    • Must have experience in content and copy writing 

    • Proven hands-on experience developing Marketing Plans and Campaigns 

    • Must have experience with website maintenance 

    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics and Google Ads certification 

    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
