Job Description

  • Develop a growth Strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Writing down professional requirements specification document and proposals
  • Writing professional email pitch for new leads and contacting new leads
  • Must have selling skills of SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS to clients in USA, Australia and other similar market regions
  • Should be familiar with cold calling (english accent should be very good)
  • Should have skills to convince customers for better solutions
  • Will be responsible for giving a pathway for long term sale plans
  • MUST have proven successful sales track record in US region
  • Performing other supporting business activities like working on different platforms to generate new business opportunities
  • Learning new business development techniques and exploring new sources for business
  • Conduct research to understand the strategies of competitors and the surrounding market
  • Hunting clients for resource outsourcing and provide them required resources or team on hourly/monthly prices

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with direct sales for platforms or customer mobile application development projects is must
  • Excellent communication skills: Writing & Speaking English
  • Must be comfortable working in US timings if & when required
  • Lead Generation to Closure
  • Must be able to increase clientele base
  • Must be able to work independently without minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to learn new things and apply new strategies in order to grow the business
  • Must be able to liason between customers and software developers
