Job Description

This position is responsible for providing daily coordination of QA tasks, testing of standard rich mobile apps and management of the overall QA process and workflow. The QA Lead provides guidance to project team members in order to maintain the highest level of quality. This position shares responsibility for building and maintaining internal lines of communication, and creating/refining departmental process

  • Test functionality and review visual elements of small- and large-scale interactive deliverable·
  • Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery·
  • Create, maintain, and enhance test plans and test cases to fully test our mobile experiences and large-scale projects.
  •  Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on-time with a high level of quality·
  • Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible·
  • Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep processes up to date·
  • Mentor QA team members and share expertise·
  • Participate in daily SCRUM standups as part of product development
  • Write, execute, and review results of automation tests
  • Assist in the development of on-going training programs for the QA Team·
  • Provide department specific orientation and training for new hires·
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams·
  • Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering·


  • At least 5 years of mobile QA experience for commercial mobile applications
  • Experience with manual and automated mobile application testing
  • Strong understanding of mobile paradigms and technologies, iOS and Android
  • Knowledge of differences between various mobile operating systems
  • Desire to learn or experience with writing automation test scripts
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Demonstrated mentoring and management skills·

  • Excellent communication skills·
  • Experience working on enterprise level mobile apps and web-based interactive projects·
