We are looking for an excellent project manager / Scrum Master to manage development teams and meet client satisfaction. 

We are looking for a "Sr. Product Manager" who can directly coordinate with the clients and handle multiple projects. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the day-to-day work of one or multiple teams. In this role, you will be part of the full development process, from idea to released product. You will facilitate and support teams in development, enabling them to produce and deliver efficiently. This means creating an environment of direct communication, feedback, and collaboration. You will be the key in identifying blockers, facilitating learning, and driving change. Our processes and mindset stem from Agile principles and values culture.

• Experience of working with software development teams and managing them effectively (Mobile and Backend solutions)
• Responsible for moving projects forward efficiently and effectively
• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Coordinating client, project coordinator and business development team 
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Coordinating with clients to identify project issues and concerns and making appropriate resolutions in a timely manner
• Input, review and manage specs, assuring the client and development teams have a comprehensive level of technical direction to move forward 
• Prepared to either sneak in a Skype meeting at an off time, or write incredibly thorough specs and instructions for all to follow.
• Strong expertise in managing remote and distributed teams.
• Will be responsible for overall project management and coordination of schedules for projects including holding discovery sessions, documenting technical upgrade requirements with architects and developers

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hires and trains members of the technical staff.
• Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
• Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

• Must have at least 4+ years’ experience as Project Manager (preferably in a Software House)
• Owning scope, collecting client requirements and managing client expectations
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing teams of software developers 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Driving and communicating project timeline, deadlines and urgency
• Looking for opportunities to create efficiencies in daily operations, and pitching leadership to incorporate change
• Expertise in Basecamp and JIRA
• Project Management experience in application development environments required. Must have demonstrated experience with application teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
