Job Description

  1. Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth.
  2. Experience in planning & executing Sales Strategy to hunt new opportunities
  3. Should have a Good Quota Number .
  4. Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development.
  5. IT Solution /IT Sales / Mobility based/SAAS/PAAS selling experience preferred.
  6. Consistent Inside Sales & Lead Generation activities including regular market research for building a sales funnel with prospective accounts to grow the business
  7. Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth
  8. Manage and grow document management and business process automation solutions within existing client base. 
  9. Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. 
  10. Discover and design technical and marketing requirements to be addressed in sales presentations and demonstrations. 
  11. Own and deliver roll-out of new offerings and services to new and existing accounts through sales team meetings. 
  12. Responsible for managing the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches, plans. 
  13. Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.
  14. MUST be able to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (5 PM - 2 AM)

Qualifications

  1. 4-9 years in IT sales
  2. Sales oriented attitude and achieve higher targets.
  3. Graduated from top university
  4. Good sense of handling existing clients
