1. Focus on continuous process improvement and lessons learned in a parts manufacturing, assembly and production test environment
2. Serve as the customer liaison for business unit field service issues
3. Conduct machining, assembly and test process audits
4. Serve as the lead in resolution of quality related issues
5. Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures
6. Designs and installs quality control process sampling systems procedures and statistical techniques.
7. Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
8. Conducts failure analysis and corrective action reporting processes
9. Recommends revisions of internal documents when indicated.
10. Formulates or assists in formulating quality control procedures.
11. Makes recommendations for capital equipment with an emphasis on labor productivity improvement.
12. Ensures functional requirements and quality standards are met through collaboration with Engineering and Product
13. Ensures quality goals and objectives are being met pre-deployment through a combination of process, tools, tests, and culture
14. Ensures quality can be observed post-deployment by configuring and integrating tools such as application performance monitoring, error and crash reporting, etc.

1. 3+ years’ experience in the relevant industry.
2. Test development and automation for mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
3. Test engineering in native mobile languages (e.g. Kotlin, Swift)
4. Root cause analysis of errors and unexpected system behaviors
5. Developing integration, system, and functional test suites
6. Use of source control (git, svn, perforce)
7. Working with an agile team using collaborative development tools (Atlassian Suite, GitHub, GitLab)
