Job Description

  •  Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage in comming inquiries from the customer and share the details with the relevant sales rep.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Fresh to 1-year graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Must be able to work in a NIGHT SHIFT (5pm -2pm)
