• Work with other engineering groups to develop and implement requirements for the Test Equipment
• Coordinate with the design and development teams in other locations
• Use LabVIEW and National Instrument technologies to design and build systems for automated real time control, data acquisition and, testing
• Develop front-end processors using LabVIEW Real-time and FPGA
• Work from detailed requirements documents, source code control and issue tracking, code walkthroughs, developer test procedures, and independent formal integration testing
• Code reuse is encouraged and templates are used as starting points for each front-end processor
• Work hands-on with the associated hardware, instrumentation, and a variety of test equipment
• Accountable for safety, reliability, and fitness for purpose of their designs

• 6+ year’s experience
• Experience with LabVIEW RT or FPGA Modules
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and software debugging experience
• Experience with distributed controls systems
• Experience in C, C++, or other textual programming languages
• B.S./M.S. degree in Systems, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related field
• LabVIEW Associate Developer, Developer, or Architect certifications
• All employees must pass a drug test and background check
