Cost Manager - Quantity Surveyor with a relevant Construction related HNC or Degree qualification and may also be MRICS or working through your APC currentlyis what we are looking for.

It is essential that you have at least 4 to 5 years’ experience in this role working as a Client Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor.

Ideally, we would like you to have some experience or exposure to full cycle projects in some of the following sectors of work, Environment Agency, Power, Rail and/or Water Infrastructure projects.

You will be experienced in managing and putting together cost plans, handling the Estimating aspect of this role, and working on bespoke methods of measurement as part of your duties.
