This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who is detail-focused, responsive, commercially aware and comfortable communicating across different cultures, languages and stakeholder groups.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support customer invoicing activities in line with instructions from Japanese headquarters, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and issued on time.
  • Coordinate procurement activities for construction-related commodities, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier follow-up, order tracking and delivery to site.
  • Monitor and expedite the importation, customs clearance, inland transportation and delivery of construction materials, working closely with logistics providers, customs agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Arrange practical support for foreign expatriates working in Morocco, including transportation, accommodation, daily necessities, and work or residence permit-related administration.
  • Act as a key communication point between Japanese headquarters, expatriates at site, the construction team, customers, suppliers and third-party service providers.
  • Identify and escalate administrative, procurement or logistics issues that may affect smooth project execution, supporting timely resolution and continuity of site activities.
  • Carry out all duties professionally and in compliance with company procedures, project requirements and the employer’s code of conduct.
