Job Description

Mitie have an exciting job opportunity at Hammerson Oracle Shopping Centre and are currently looking for a professional Customer Service Assistants to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience with excellent customer care skills. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with a pay rate of £18,976 pa, working 36 hours a week. 

Duties will include:

  • Run the Customer Service Desk in a professional and customer focused manner.
  • Be a focal point for the shopping centre and provide champion customer service to customers, retailers, stakeholders, visitor staff and contractors.
  • Complete all duties relating to the Doddle Logistics operations.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring up-to-date and replenished leaflet stocks for customers. 
  • Log all the lost property items following the lost property procedures. 
  • Sell and promote gift cards.
  • Answer Customer Service Desk internal and external telephone calls dealing with any queries quickly and effectively. 
  • Manage customer comments, complaints and questions professionally, escalating to the Customer Service and Manager as required. 
  • Assist with events as required 
  • Carry out tours for groups of visitors as required
