Job Description

Are you a real people person, passionate about putting the customer first?

As a Security Officer with us, you will take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient welcome to  LBG colleagues.  You will work a 30-45 hour week at £10.00 per hour, and work Monday to Friday.

You will be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs first. You will focus on high-level standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

What does the role of Security Officer involve?

·         Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department.

·         Welcoming customers and visitors to the site making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor.

·         Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and other general Security duties.

Main Duties

·         To work as part of a team to deliver a first-class service within the facility.

·         To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site Support activities are carried out effectively.

·         To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

To ensure that everyone that enters the building have their ID checked and on display , and carryout patrols.

Qualifications

Person Specification

           Valid SIA License

·         Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).

·          A clear understanding of Health & Safety practices.

·         Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships.

·         Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all Site Support related tasks.

·         Clear, strong and confident communication skills.
