Must have:

• 3+ years of experience as business analyst or equivalent business knowledge from a business facing role, ideally in equity derivatives
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working directly with Front Office lines of business and collaborating with business partners.

Beneficial:

• Working knowledge of short cycle software development and impact on business analysis.
• Experience with Equity Derivatives, especially pricing
• Experience with Structured/Exotic products.
• Experience with large, complex technology systems
