Senior US IT Recruiter (Work from Home/Remote)

We will pay RS 20,000 on each successfull placement

No Fixed Salary

Must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the US ITstaffing industry.
Very good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies.
Must have very good oral and written skills.
Must have experience with all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
Experience in sourcing, screening and finalizing candidates
Knowledge in Information Technology.
Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skills Needed:

Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
