Our International team currently covers 9 markets and 11 business lines online and we are at the start of our international store roll-out. Job Description

  • Lead and steer cross-functional teams and projects to develop our international markets along topics such as marketing, pricing, category management, retail, product management, customer service and many more
  • Leading people both directly and project-based in a way that creates clarity, generates energy, and delivers success; develop and motivate individuals and cross-functional teams and help us to establish a high performing culture
  • Use large data sets and so-what questionnaire to focus your work and deliver solutions
  • Manage complexity: multiple projects, multiple stakeholders, multiple countries; with dynamic priorities and occasionally tight deadlines or high P&L focus
  • Structure your own and your teams work independently, actively ask for guidance when needed, keep all stakeholders in loop, focus on results and effectivity, demonstrate good business judgement
  • Where cross-departmental cooperation is required, deep dive into company processes to develop creative solutions with strong perseverance and drive; support the strategic development of our business
  • Initiate and address new business potential, both in ongoing daily business (e.g., localize storytelling in marketing channels influencer or display ads) and project-based (e.g., support cross-functional team to roll-out new tech feature; business case and project planning to open local warehouse in UK)


  • High ambition with the drive to achieve excellent results
  • Top-of-class university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering or similar (MBA is a plus)
  • Work experience in a successful e-commerce startup or within top-tier strategy consulting, venture capital, investment banking or a similar demanding environment with first leadership experience
  • High comfort with numbers and data-driven analyses combined with strategical thinking and the capability to draw and challenge decisions based on both intuition and data
  • Independent proposal and decision maker who is able to think outside the box and find solutions other stakeholders haven’t thought about
  • Hands-on with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude, get things done in a cross-functional setting by taking full ownership of your projects and drive them with full force
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convince stakeholders from all levels (junior to c-level), while maintaining a motivational and “fun” work environment
  • Feeling comfortable in a flexible, highly dynamic environment, high resilience and willing to go the extra mile
  • Fluent spoken and written English, and preferably German and/or another language
