Mission Critical Group (MCG) is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of projects across Life Sciences, Semiconductor/Industrial, Automotive, and Emerging Technology. These are fast-moving, technically demanding environments where precision, coordination, and leadership matter.
In this role, you won’t just manage projects—you’ll shape how they get delivered.
You’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales, and ensure we meet customer commitments with clarity and consistency.

What You’ll Own
- A portfolio of complex, engineered-to-order projects
- Leadership and development of a high-performing PM team
- Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
- Proactive risk management—no surprises
- Consistency in execution, tools, and communication
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Drive communication across teams to surface risks early and avoid downstream impacts
- Coordinate across facilities to support capacity and capability needs
- Align execution with customer expectations to ensure consistent delivery
Please note this hybrid role can work from any of these locations: Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; Bay St. Louis, MS. It will require roughly 30% travel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years managing complex projects in manufacturing or similar environments
- Experience leading or mentoring project teams
- Background in Life Sciences, Semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing preferred
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- PMP certification required
Work Environment & Travel
- Hybrid role with flexibility across listed locations
- Approximately 30% travel to manufacturing facilities
- Frequent time on the production floor for collaboration and oversight
- Ability to move throughout plant environments and lift up to 25 lbs (OSHA-compliant)
