We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer – Design to join our growing team supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects across data centers, power systems, and industrial facilities.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges, and wants to work directly with customers to bring high-impact solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical design for mission-critical power systems (LV–MV)
- Create:
- Single-line diagrams
- Schematics
- Equipment layouts
- Technical specifications
- Support multiple projects (up to ~15) as a lead or key contributor
- Partner directly with customers to develop and refine solutions
- Play a critical role in winning new business through early-stage design
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to bring designs into production
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development

Qualifications
- Strong electrical design experience in:
- Data centers
- Power plants
- Hospitals
- Airports
- Industrial or manufacturing environments
- Ability to design independently (not just review/redline others’ work)
- Experience with power distribution systems (LV–MV)
- Familiarity with:
- AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks (or similar)
- Protection and coordination systems (SEL relay experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
- A “get it done” mindset — resourceful, adaptable, and accountable
