Job Description


An amazing opportunity for a highly motivated sous chef to join an expanding company offering fantastic prospects with its latest launch

This exciting established coffee store/brunch brand concept with multiple sites offering a premium coffee and all day dining experience (also has an alcohol license) is set within contemporary and artistic surroundings. 

The site also caters for multiple on site functions and events for an average of 200 pax once or twice per week

 (Events are generally Monday to Friday) 

The food offering for events will mainly consist of bowl food, canapes and buffets

The outlet offers both eat in and take away with the focus on healthy and nutritious eating.

Role

The position will also be customer facing role so a personable communicator is also essential for this role as well as a positive attitude.



Must be a natural leader

Menu development ,

Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment with a high staff moral

Must be a natural born trainer

Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative duties


Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be fully up to date on current Health safety Hygiene Legislation

Commercially and Financially Sound, with excellent business acumen

Salary & Benefits


£33- 35 k

Mainly Monday to Friday
