OPENING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED within reputable quality restaurant brand - 4 site operation and growing
Customer facing manager essentail building on establishing a loyal client base from opening.
Role
- The successful candidate will be a confident leader have excellent presence, hands on customer facing overseeing a team of 15/FOH to include front and back of house.
- The ability to deliver a smooth fast paced efficient speed of service
- Excellent trainer
- Well presented and excellent attention to detail
- Consistent with excellent product knowledge
- Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment
- Keen financial acumen working towards set kpis and gp
- Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative duties, involved in overseeing the reservations
- Recruitment, training and development of the team reporting to Director
- Forecasted Net sales averaging 35 k per week
Candidate Profile
- Will have proven history as a restaurant manager a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent service
- This is a real hands on management position enthusiasm and energy essential
- A natural business acumen is essential
- Must have warm and engaging inter personnel skills
- Will have excellent industry knowledge
- A high end, busy brasserie or reputable restaurant brand experience background is essential
- Must maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Will have a strong personality and a passion for great customer service
- Excellent proven track record with variable references
