This position could suit an experienced and passionate dynamic junior sous/sous with proven excellent London restaurant experience at rosette or Michelin * level

Role

Supporting the exec chef within this friendly kitchen team, to run the kitchen in an efficient and capable well organized manner in his absence.

Candidate Profile

  • You will be a real hands on chef having worked in a renown foodie led environment and be an all round capable and competent chef with an even and measured temperament.
  • You will have experience in a senior capacity in extremely high end restaurant operations with Michelin or rosette experience
  • A good experience of cooking with game, butcher, sustainability and foraging
  • Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff
  • Will be highly organised
  • Will be technically very capable
  • Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work
  • Well organized 
  • Up to date on current food and cooking trends, modern British food ,

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary Circa £32/35k per annum package

5 days per week/ closed Mondays and Tuesdays
