Job Description
The Digital Business System Analyst (HR, Finance & other Corporate Systems) is responsible for driving process excellence, system optimization, and data integrity across Finance, Legal, and HR digital landscapes. The role ensures that platforms that are used by the mentioned function effectively support business operations, regulatory requirements, and long-term automation strategy.
The Digital Business System Analyst works closely with cross-functional stakeholders - Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, IT, external vendors - to translate business needs into system requirements, lead enhancements, support integrations & testing, and ensure end-to-end process compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the digital roadmap for Corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal), aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and long-term objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner, translating functional needs into system requirements and scalable digital initiatives while enabling leadership decision-making through clear communication of risks, impacts, and dependencies.
- Oversee the full digital lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, release, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive technology evaluation and innovation, strengthening compliance, automation, analytics, cross-functional data flows, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure system reliability and security, partnering with IT operations and cybersecurity to guarantee availability, performance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Lead change management and adoption, including documentation, user training, stakeholder alignment, and shared ownership across functions.
- Own digital financials and vendor management, including OPEX planning, budgeting transparency, contract negotiations, tender processes, license optimization, vendor performance management, and cost-efficiency control.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, with hands‑on experience in project management and familiarity with various methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to exert cross‑functional influence across business units.
- Demonstrated experience in business process diagnostics and alignment, supporting optimization initiatives, and ensuring process coherence.
- Competence in project and change management, participation in ERP systems-related projects (1C, Business Central, SAP) is a big plus.
- Experience in vendor and contract management and understanding the fundamentals of project‑level budgeting for digital initiatives.
- Ability to track actual spend vs. approved budgets, monitor variances, and prepare clear monthly financial updates for the Project Manager, Finance Business Partner, and Steering Committee.
- Strong analytical mindset supported by solid business analysis skills (considered a strong plus). Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration and relationship building with internal and external partners.
- Pre‑Intermediate English level or above.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational or FMCG environment is an advantage.
