Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX)-related processes and CRM integrations. In this role, you will work closely with product, architecture, and client stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and translate requirements into high-quality, implementable solutions that support scalable and well-integrated systems.

Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (CET)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client communication and facilitate analytical, discovery, and consultation meetings to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements
  • Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and solution designs aligned with business and technical goals
  • Actively participate in designing end-to-end solutions and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with technical teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and client stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize product requirements
  • Apply strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and implementation-ready
  • Create high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that are clear, complete, and testable
  • Challenge and optimize requirements and processes, while supporting incident and defect analysis to drive measurable, high-value improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of BA methodologies, processes, and documentation standards
  • Experience working on CX, CRM, or system integration projects is a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (Client-facing excellence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally)
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with Siebel, Alvaria, and/or Microsoft Copilot (advantage)
